A leading advocate and practitioner of Healthcare Consumerism, Frank Hone has recently joined Healthways, the Nashville-based health improvement company. He is their Sustainable Engagement Leader, responsible for to help increase program enrolment and consumer involvement. Through the years he has been involved in numerous advertising and marketing initiatives designed to promote consumer-based healthcare solutions.
His book, Why Healthcare Matters, offers a big picture perspective on the many problems with healthcare in the US, and provides a set of practical, market-based strategies and solutions geared to employers to utilize with their workforce.
